The NCS homeowners product is designed to offer protection
for dwellings that are owner occupied at least 9 months
of the year and to provide Property and Personal Liability
coverage.
The ISO Homeowners 3 policy (version date 2000) is
issued by NCS. The policy gives the agent the ability
to tailor a policy specific to the needs of the policyholder.

The NCS homeowners policy does not cover flood loss.
