the assumption date.
If I don’t want my policy to be assumed,
can I stay with Citizens?
Yes. The notice you receive by the insurance carrier
has a form you can complete and return if you do not
want your policy assumed. If you no longer have this
notice, you can find a copy posted at http://www.citizensfla.com/about/depopinfo.cfm
. You may also email us at depopulation@citizensfla.com.
Your email must include the name that appears on your
policy, address of the property insured by the policy,
your

Without this detail we will not be able to process your
request. Please enter Assumption in the subject line.

to remain with Citizens?

notice stating:
You have 30 days from the date of assumption to decline.
Please contact your agent by (insert date) if you do
